Biography
I am a PhD candidate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) at the University of Tehran, with expertise in psychometrics, language assessment, data analysis, and educational measurement design. I have experience leading specialist teams, developing high-stakes tests, analyzing statistical data, and preparing data-driven managerial reports in academic and international settings. My proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, and ICDL, together with my ability to interpret data and convert complex results into actionable decisions, enables me to bridge technical analysis, process management, and effective stakeholder communication.
